• Door Sheet frame is made of 2" x 6" in 14 gauge. Insulated with high quality foam.
• Standard door jamb is made of 1-1/2" x 6" depth in 14 gauge, also insulated with high quality foam. This can be customized to fit in any wall thickness.
• The door Jamb is equipped with mounting flanges to secure the frame in to the house framing with lag bolts.
• All doors are fabricated, shipped and installed as a pre-hung unit with steel frame designed to support the weight of the door.
• Standard scroll work is hand forged using 5/8" solid steel other materials are also used.
• Door sheets are equipped with interior glass panels that open independently from the door. This feature allows for ventilation, easy cleaning and security by keeping the door closed and locked between home owner and the outside party.
• The glass frame can be prepared for either 1/4" tempered glass or 1/2" insulated tempered glass. We do offer a wide selection of clear or obscure glass choices.
• All doors utilize a tendon type ball bearing hinge with grease fittings.
• Any of our designs can be made as either single or double door . These can also be used for gates, balconies, windows, transoms patio doors wine cellar doors with simple modifications.Computer designs are created to insure that the configuration meet customer's needs.
• Doors can be order swing in or out. Arches are available in full (half circle), eyebrow, and elliptical as well as a rectangular.
• The weight of the doors will vary depending on the style and size. A 6'-0" x 8'-0" double door; weights 350 lbs.
• Finishing process includes ultra cleaning bath and rust inhibitive epoxy primer coating. Several coats of height quality acrylic paint are applied, then a clear-coated for maximum protection and best finishing.
• Different paint finishes, are available.
